Creative Ideas Are Like Seeds
You can feel the exciting potential of what they might grow into.
But as anybody who’s ever killed a pot-plant can attest to (hello ME!) good intentions without proper care and consistency = death row.
You might have a pocket full of seeds niggling at you that you haven’t even started planting.
Or you might have even begun to see your idea sprout, only to get distracted, lose momentum and then beat yourself up because it’s either not growing at all, or worse still...it’s withered and died.

Here’s the thing: flourishing gardens don’t happen by accident, and neither do creative practices.
We need to support our seeds/ideas growth with the proper habits, routines, rituals, nourishing, timing, seasons that serve them - and us - best.
We need to create the conditions that allow our ideas to bloom, grow and thrive!

I'm a comedian, cabaret performer and writer.
I’ve also been a professional creative for over twenty years - yes, it’s my full-time thing - and am very well versed in procrastinating, distraction and how to make things happen anyway!
Full disclosure: I’m a terrible gardener.
BUT...I’m a great creative producer!
I also don’t take myself too seriously and love finding like-minded souls to work alongside, muse over all things creativity, and having belly laughs while we do it!
